Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our shop, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.

We accept credit card payment. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.

We accept online payments through PayPal. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant. PayPal accepts all major credit cards, including Master Card, Visa, Amex and Switch.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

Shipping And Handling

All products are sent using Royal Mail recorded Post. Any orders over £40.00 will also be covered by insurance.
The shop offers a choice of sending by First or Second Class postage (all items over 750g can only be sent by Royal Mail First class Post.) All items will be appropriately packages to ensure they arrive an acceptable condition.

Delivery Schedule

In general all orders will be dispatched on a Friday, however we will make exception should you require. Simply email us with the special request.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We are currently not VAT registered.

Returns Policy

Thanks Again must be advised of any damaged item within two working days of receipt. These items must be returned to us before refund or exchange.

Returned items may be accepted within seven days of receipt, however postage charges will be incurred by the customer. Prior agreement with Thanks Again is imperative in order to secure item refund.
